Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Terms
Once Bangladet's system confirms a placed bet, that bet is considered final. However, Bangladet reserves the right to void bets in certain circumstances:
- Incorrect odds displayed as a result of a technical error.
- If the team lineup or venue changes before the match begins.
- If a market was left open due to an obvious error in the displayed information.
- If a match is not completed or the result is voided by the governing authority.
Live Betting — Special Rules
Odds change in real time during live betting. By the time the confirmation page appears after you submit a bet, the odds may have already shifted. Bangladet settles bets at the odds in place at the time of submission, not at the time the confirmation is displayed. This difference is normal when network speeds are slow.
Maximum Bet Limit
Bangladet sets a maximum bet limit for each market. For regular members, this limit is up to ৳5,00,000. VIP members have separate limits determined individually. Bangladet reserves the right to conduct additional verification for unusually large bets on any market.
If a bet is found to be connected to match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity, the account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.
Bangladet's bonus and promotion offers come with specific terms. Conditions may vary between offers, so please read the terms of each individual offer before accepting it.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To qualify, the bonus option must be activated during registration. After claiming the bonus, the required wagering must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
Wagering Calculation
Only bets with odds of 1.50 or higher count toward wagering requirements. For accumulator bets, every leg must have odds of at least 1.25. Bets placed on casino games may contribute a different percentage toward wagering depending on the game type.
- Wagering requirements must be met before the bonus expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bangladet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
- To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuinely new member.
Both Bangladet and the user have the right to close an account. However, certain rules apply to this process.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. It is recommended that you withdraw all available balance before closing your account. If any bets are still open, the account will be closed once they have been settled.

Bangladet may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions or any attempt at fraudulent activity.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using false information.
- Evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions.

For any dispute related to betting or payments, please contact our support team first. If the matter is not resolved within 7 business days, a formal complaint may be submitted. Bangladet reviews every complaint with the utmost seriousness and provides a final decision within 14 business days.
