Rafi lives in Mirpur, Dhaka. He's 26 and works as a graphic designer. His love of cricket goes back to childhood — he never misses a match during the BPL season. About a year and a half ago, a friend told him about Bangladet. He was hesitant at first, unsure whether it was safe to put money into an online platform.
First Month Experience
Rafi started with just ৳500. In his own words, "I figured five hundred taka — even if I lose it, it's not a big deal. But winning would be fun." His first week, he placed two bets on BPL matches — won one, lost one. Still, he was impressed by Bangladet's interface because everything was in Bangla.
"What I loved most about Bangladet is that everything is in Bangla. On other platforms, the English made it hard to figure out what was what."

From his second month, Rafi started paying closer attention. He began studying teams' recent form before placing bets and shifted his focus away from large accumulators toward single bets. He watched Bangladet's live odds screen to track how odds moved during a match. He figured out on his own that waiting until after the third over often yielded comparatively better odds.
Six months in, Rafi's numbers show an average monthly return of 34%. But he doesn't treat it as a steady income — more like a bonus that comes with entertainment. Whatever he sets aside for betting each month, losing it wouldn't affect his household at all.
